This Thursday on Grey's Anatomy, find out what happens after Derek's (Patrick Dempsey) coup d'état against Chief Webber! With his Dreamy new administration in place, he's ready to crack skulls at Seattle Grace! OK, maybe not, but that's kind of regime change that Alex (Justin Chambers) is hoping for.

In other Grey's news, Sloan (Eric Dane) is still punishing Little Grey (Chyler Leigh) for their mutual indiscretions and Mer (Ellen Pompeo) has daddy issues (more, again, still), while Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Teddy (Kim Raver) continue to tussle over Owen (Kevin McKidd).

Press play above to see McDreamy make his inaugural address as Chief of Surgery, and then click in for five more clips.

Nice Day for a Grey's Teen Star's Wedding

Leven Rambin, Grey's Anatomy ABC/Danny Feld

Here's hoping she didn't have her heart set on a (legal) wedding day toast.

Grey's Anatomy's newest addition, Leven Rambin, has gotten engaged at the ripe old age of 19, to boyfriend Geoff Clark.

There's no official word on how the question was popped, whether a date has been set and whether her teen pregnancy storyline on the nighttime soap is in any way foreshadowing her current situation (you never know), but the bride-to-be did acknowledge the betrothal on her Twitter page just last night after a follower offered congratulations.

"Thanks ;)," she wrote. OK, apparently she's going to play this one close to the vest.

Glee, True Blood, Precious & Grey's Please GLAAD

Glee, Scene Carin Baer/FOX

Glee has given a lot of people something to smile about.

Including the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, which included Fox's hit musical series among its nominees for the 21st Annual GLAAD Media Awards, which honors progressive portrayals of LGBT characters and treatment of relevant issues in TV, film, theater and journalism.

Joining Glee in the competition for Outstanding Comedy Series are United States of Tara, Greek, Logo's Beautiful People and fellow freshman entry Modern Family.

Dramas that made the grade included True Blood, Mad Men, Brothers and Sisters, BBC America's Skins and perennial nominee Grey's Anatomy.
Private Practice, Supernatural, Parks and Recreation and NBC's short-lived The Listener are vying in the individual episode category.

In the race for Outstanding Film, Wide Release, the sweet-natured grossout comedy I Love You, Man will square off against Precious: Based on the Novel 'Push' by Sapphire, Everybody's Fine, A Single Man and Taking Woodstock.

Cynthia Nixon will be presented with the Vito Russo Award, which honors openly gay media professionals for their efforts in promoting equal rights for the LGBT community.

For a complete list of nominees, go to GLAAD's website.

The Hollywood Foreign Press digs Glee and True Blood, too. Check out which shows are squaring off against those choice series at the 2010 Golden Globe Awards.

"Yes, yes and yes!"

This is how Kim Raver answered a certain burning question regarding her romantic status on Grey's Anatomy, but then promptly cut herself off.

"Wait, hold on! Was I supposed to say that? Let me check my notes!" she said with a laugh. (You gotta love the candor.)

I just got off the phone with the always charming Kim—who was just upped to series regular status, hurrah!—and she dished on what's next for Teddy and even answered your fan questions directly.

So what was she (possibly) not supposed to say?

Dexter is "ridiculous!"

This just in from Michelle in Toronto, who is only about the (oh, let's see, carry the one and we've got) gazillionth fan to email today about  Dexter.

Thankfully, she means ridiculous in a good way. And luckily for you all, we are similarly obsessed and just got what may be a big spoiler on the final two episodes from Dex's show runner Clyde Phillips. (Disclaimer: It is only a short tease, but it is spattery enough you might want to wear protective gear.)

As for what's next for Chuck and Blair on Gossip Girl, Wilson on House and Owen and Cristina on Grey's Anatomy, we've got a little scoop on that, too.

Grey's Anatomy Love Triangle: "The Characters Can't Be Happy All the Time"

Grey's Anatomy, Kevin McKidd, Sandra Oh ABC/DANNY FELD
More from Watch with Kristin

Here's the bad news: Kim Raver's Teddy Altman is definitely a complication for Grey's Anatomy's most beloved twosome of the moment: Kevin McKidd's Owen Hunt and Sandra Oh's Cristina Yang. As Kevin McKidd correctly pointed out when we spoke earlier this week, "For a TV show to work, the characters can't be happy all the time." (Bah humbug!)

Now, here's the good news: McKidd and costar Sandra Oh are both total Crowen shippers who want to see their characters together as much or more than we do. McKidd testifies, "I want the best for him. I want him to be happy. I want him to be in love. I want him to be all these things, and so does Sandra [for her character]." And you've got to believe that all that love for love will win out in the end, right?

Kevin McKidd explained to us why he and Sandra are so in synch, both on and offscreen, and what this triangle means for the show. Plus, McKidd revealed a worrisome suspicion that Owen's old nemesis might be back sooner rather than later...

Grey's Anatomy First Look: Is This McSteamy's Daughter?

Leven Rambin, Grey's Anatomy ABC/Danny Feld
More from Watch with Kristin

Leven Rambin, aka home wrecker Riley from Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, is coming to Grey's Anatomy Nov. 19, and her home-wrecking streak might not be done yet...

We've been told that Leven's character features heavily in the Nov. 19 episode, titled "Holidaze," and that during the course of that episode (which spans several weeks of story time), "Mark (Eric Dane) and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) must cope with the shocking arrival of a woman from his past."

What's so shocking? Well, rumor has it that Leven plays Mark "McSteamy" Sloan's long-lost daughter. Gasp!

Do you see a family resemblance?

And if you're a "Sexie" fan, is it better if this newcomer is a romantic rival or if she's just a reminder that the Mark-Lexie romance is sometimes just a smidge age-inappropriate? (Seriously, Leven and Chyler look like they could be sorority sisters!)

Last but not least, is anyone out there a tiny bit suspicious that this blond newcomer might actually be the daughter that Izzie (Katherine Heigl) gave up for adoption?
