Another celeb who's secretly an undercover Star Wars geek? Elizabeth Banks, of course!
The Hunger Games star appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday to discuss just how her two young sons, 3-year-old Magnus and 4-year-old Felix, also became mega fans of the intergalactic franchise.
"They really don't know anything about Star Wars," she shared with Ellen. "I don't know how Star Wars is doing it but they possessed my children with Star Wars."
Like most childhood obsessions, it all started with a pair of toothbrushes the boys received with none other than Darth Vader and Anakin Skywalker on them.
Banks piqued their curiosity even more when she told her sons both characters are actually one in the same, saying they asked, "'What does that mean? How are they the same person?'"
Unfortunately for Banks (but lucky for us!), their interest in the back story caused their 41-year-old mom to start telling them about "Chewbacca and C-33PO and R2-D2 and getting into all the details" just before breaking out her best Chewie impression for the Ellen audience.
Although not nearly as realistic as the original hairy Wookiee, Elizabeth Banks gets an A-plus for effort. Later in the interview, she also attempted C-3PO and R2-D2, which proved to be just as hilariously terrible.
Not to worry, Elizabeth! You've got 23 days to perfect your voices before Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens in theaters. But who's counting, right...?
