Viral Photo Shows Hamilton, Ontario, College Student Holding the Hand of a Stranger With Special Needs: See the Pic!

"I thought I was getting pranked at first, but he just needed comfort," 21-year-old Godfrey Cuotto explained

In the viral photo that is warming hearts everywhere, college student Godfrey Cuotto is seen lending a literal helping hand to a man in need.

The 21-year-old of Hamilton, Ontario, told HuffPost Canada, "I thought I was getting pranked at first, but he just needed comfort."

Cuotto said that he was on a bus when Robert, a man with special needs, asked for a handshake. And when Robert wouldn't let go and even put his head on Cuotto's shoulder, the young man just let it be.

Consider our faith in humanity restored! 

The McMaster University student adds, "I just allowed it, like what am I going to do? Sometimes you just have to be selfless and put someone else's needs above yours." Amen!
