Ladies and gentlemen, Scott Eastwood will not be dropping trou on the big screen anytime soon.

The hunky actor opened up to USA Today about being in the running to play Christian Grey an why Fifty Shades of Grey ultimately wasn't for him.

"They had asked me to come in and read and test for it. But they had no script. I won't do a movie where there is no script," he explained.

"I am not going to get locked in. And they wanted full frontal nudity. There were some things about it that were not for me."

The Longest Ride star also insisted that he pulled his own name from the long list of actors vying for the role after learning a bit more about all of the details surrounding the box office hit.

"It's not a bad thing. The movie made a ton of money. It's been a success. It just wasn't for me. It was not something I wanted to do. I just didn't enter the running. It was like, 'OK, thank you.'"

Eastwood also admitted that he hasn't actually seen the final product in theaters just yet, confessing, "I'll have to wait for it to get onto my home channels."

And for all those out there who haven't seen it either, spoiler alert, the movie's star, Jamie Dornan, doesn't actually show any full frontal nudity.

"You want to appeal to as wide an audience as possible without grossing them out," the 32-year-old actor told the U.K.'s Guardian. "You don't want to make something gratuitous, ugly and graphic."

And certainly there are "some suggestive elements" to the film, but Dornan said there "were contracts in place that viewers wouldn't be seeing, my, um…"

We know.
