Country music fans are lucky—they have yet another awards show to enjoy!

The inaugural American Country Countdown Awards, hosted by Florida Georgia Line, took place tonight in Nashville, and a number of big stars were present for the festivities. In fact, one of the biggest names helped kick off the event!

Pregnant Carrie Underwood took the stage at the top of the show in a gorgeous blue gown that flaunted the slightest hint of her growing baby bump. She performed a medley of her famous hits featured on her newly-released Greatest Hits: Decade #1 collection, beginning with "Before He Cheats" and running through "All American Girl," "Cowboy Casanova," "Blown Away" and ending with her current single "Something in the Water."
