Now here's a surprise for royal watchers!

In a recent YouGov poll for Newsweek, Prince Harry was chosen the most popular member of the royal family by British adults. Now, we understand the 30-year-old prince is dashingly handsome, but what about Kate Middleton and her perfect style!? She didn't even come in second!

Surprisingly, Harry was followed by Queen Elizabeth II in popularity, with Prince William coming in third. Kate came in fourth with nine percent of the vote.

In all fairness though, the most popular response recorded in the poll was not having a favorite member of the royal family at all.

While the poll may show the public's respect for Harry's work on the Invictus Games and general likability, it may also suggest what the British adult population, especially women, think of the Duchess.

Only 1 percent of women polled said they wished they could be Kate. Another twenty-two percent said they believed Kate was being held back from expressing her opinions.

And while Kate's a fashion icon, she's not as popular in that regard as she used to be. According to research done by U.K. website Voucher Codes, Cheryl Cole is now the most stylish Brit.

Somehow, though, we don't think you've heard the last of Kate yet.
