You will cry, oh yes you will. When Sara Ramirez finally sings during next week's Grey's Anatomy musical event, it will be years in the making, and when she makes you weep like a frustrated child, it will be worth the wait.

See, as Sara herself just told us exclusively, "Shonda Rhimes and the writers toyed with the idea of having Callie sing spontaneously in a scene [for a long time], and I'm kind of relieved that it never happened before, because it just didn't make sense to me for her character to just sing out of nowhere."

The Grey's Anatomy musical event airs next Thursday, March 31 at 9 p.m. on ABC. Will you watch? Hell, will you buy the soundtrack? Hit the comments!
