It was the question on everyone's mind at NBC upfronts Monday: will Law & Order and Heroes get a proper sendoff—one which they both obviously deserve? Lucky for you, we caught up with head honchos Jeff Gaspin and Marc Graboff, and grilled them on the topic, getting a few answers along the way about that much-criticized Parks and Recreation midseason move, too.

Oh yeah, there's some Greg Grunberg goodness in all of this, too, so get in here...

Will Heroes and L&O be back for more? All signs are actually pointing to yes, if you can believe that. Marc told us he believes NBC "owes it to the fans" to provide some closure. In fact, after upfronts Marc said they're "going to get into more serious discussions with the executive producers on both shows to really talk about wrapping both shows up in a way that's satisfying for the viewers—in either two hours or four hours." So that's something, right?

One man not suffering from the Heroes axing is our pal Greg, who just became a regular on NBC's new series, Love Bites. "I got a call, that Heroes has been cancelled. I was like, 'ugh'. And then I got another call five minutes later saying, 'Wanna be a series regular on Love Bites?' I was like, are you kidding me?!" Greg told us today. "I get to be funny and the show is so good and it's sexy and funny." Can we get an amen?! Grunny is back in his hilarious element.

Now according to both Marc and Jeff, this whole P-Rex debacle is nothing more than a case of sharing the wealth. Said Jeff: "One of our goals is to launch a new comedy on Thursday night and the post-Office slot is actually the best place to launch a new comedy, so that's why we put Outsourced there. Parks and Recreation is one of my personal favorites, but it is not going away." In fact, it will be "great for the viewers" because "we're just going to have five, or even six comedies share that Thursday comedy block. So it'll have less repeats."

And there you have it.
