Fire up the Batmobile!

We just spoke to one of the stars of The Dark Knight Rises and he's talking villains...

While the details of who will play Christian Bale's Batman nemesis in the highly anticipated movie remain under wraps, Gary Oldman is dropping hints about the character's identity.

"I think it's a villain from one of the old, old, from way back from the old comics," Oldman told us at Monday's Red Riding Hood premiere in Hollywood. "It is a Batman villian... It's not going to be the Joker."

Sounds like Oldman could be talking about Bane, the bad boy being played by new castmate Tom Hardy. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is also rumored to possibly be playing a comic book baddie in the flick.

Oldman added, "If I told you who the villain was, they'd kill me."

Director Christopher Nolan would also probably kill him if he told us the plot.

"I know the story," Oldman dished. "I just think it's going to be terrific."

As for Ms. Hathaway joining the cast as Catwoman, Oldman smiled "I think she'll probably wear the cat suit pretty well, don't you?"
