Skarsgård & Bosworth: Are They or Aren't They?

Alexander Skarsgård may say he's on the market, so we've got to ask: What the heck is going on with Kate Bosworth?

Not only have the the True Blood star, 33, and the beautiful blonde, 27, been romantically linked for months now, but at about 11:30 last night, we spotted them chatting and holding hands in the rain while waiting at the Beverly Hilton's valet area.

At one point, they did kiss. It was nothing like a full-on, too-much-PDA, open-mouth kind of thing, but...

The maybe-lovebirds, who costar in the upcoming remake of the flick Straw Dogs with James Marsden, seemed to enjoy a couple of quick kisses on the lips and cheek.

After 10 minutes or so, they took off into the very wet night after jumping into the backseat of a chauffeured car together.

Their PDA began earlier in the evening at HBO's Golden Globes party, where they also held hands and kissed. At one point the hunky television vampire placed his hand on Bosworth's petite bottom.

Just a few hours before, Alex told our pals at The Awful Truth, "I'm single."

Wonder what Ms. Bosworth thinks about that!
