Watch out! Carrie Ann Inaba is back on the dance floor.

The 41-year-old Dancing With the Stars judge may have had surgery on her neck Wednesday, but she tells me she's already good to go. She went under the knife to treat pressure caused by spinal stenosis, a painful condition in which the space around the spinal cord narrows...

"My back and neck were locked up," Inaba said at last night's Dizzy Feet Foundation benefit. "I have arthritis. I wasn't able to move pretty much the whole season. It's nice to have my motion back."

Dancing was completely out of the question—until now, that is.

"I have class Monday, Wednesday and Friday," she said, smiling. "I'm back to my normal schedule and I can't wait!"

And nothing was going top stop Inaba from coming out last night for Dizzy Feet.

"I have to be here," she said. "I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Even if I was in a neck brace, I'd be here right now."

Dizzy Feet was started earlier this year by Inaba, Nigel Lythgoe, Adam Shankman and Katie Holmes to promote dance education for young people.

Also at the event were Channing Tatum, Lance Bass, Jane Kaczmarek, Glee's Matthew Morrison and stars from So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing With the Stars, the American Ballet Theatre and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
