With the newly betrothed Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom scrambling to pull off their wedding in record time, here's where things stand as of this morning, according to sources close to the couple.

• When: Sunday, late afternoon.
• Where: At a family friend's home in L.A.—the Bel-Air residence of music mogul Irving Azoff.
• Guests: About 250, among them the extended Kardashian clan (including sisters Kim and Kourtney and stepbro Brody Jenner), Odom's Lakers teammates (Kobe Bryant's got an invite but hasn't RSVP'd yet) and several fellow E! personalities.
• Ring: She has it and is expected to debut it as soon as today. It's ginormous.
• Pregnant? Sources say she is not pregnant, just in love.
• Prenup? No confirmation either way, but Odom just inked a four-year, $33 million contract and a source tells E! News a prenup "has been discussed."

Sources tell E! News exclusively that Khloé Kardashian and her NBA star boyfriend Lamar Odom are already planning to tie the knot.

A source close to the couple tells E! that Odom, a forward for the L.A. Lakers, and Khloé recently have been "talking about rings."
 
Members of the Kardashian family are neither confirming nor denying the wedding plans or a date. A rep for both stars have declined to comment.

The planned marriage would be the first for Khloé, 25, and Odom, 29, who has had three children with longtime ex-girlfriend, Liza Morales. They have a 10-year-old daughter, Destiny, and 7-year-old  son, Lamar Jr. (On June 29 2006, Odom's 7-month-old infant son Jayden reportedly died from SIDS while sleeping in his crib in New York.)

Busy day in Jon & Kate land. First we heard from Kate Gosselin. Then we really heard from Kate Major.

Now, it's finally Jon Gosselin's turn to talk.

Speaking exclusively to E! News, Jon seems to harbor no hostility for his soon-to-be ex-wife, who herself kept things civil on her Today show interview this morning, revealing she still wears her wedding ring and only saying that "clearly his goals are not my goals."

"Kate's the mother of my children," says Jon. "I only wish her the best."

But what does he think about short-term fling Kate Major—who just called him out as a "liar" and "two-timer?"

Says Jon, "I'm happy that she's out of my life."

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned...by Jon Gosselin.

Hours after Kate "1.0" Gosselin dished on the Today show, Kate "2.0" Major came into our studios and gave an exclusive interview to E! News calling out her former flame as a "liar" and "two-timer."

"We had plans to travel together, to live together, and to be together," Major says of her whirlwind romance with the reality dad. "He made his decision in the Hamptons. He wanted to be with me."

Just last weeek, Gosselin reportedly said his relationship with Major was strictly platonic.

But, according to Major, 26, Gosselin told her he was going to break up with girlfriend Hailey Glassman, 22, in order to be with Major, and, as a result, Major resigned from her job
as a Star Magazine reporter to avoid a "conflict of interest."

"He told me he was going to Massachusetts to break up with her," says Major. "I know the truth. He knows the truth. Unfortunately she did not."

Still, Gosselin and Glassman are claiming they never broke up, Major says this is a lie.
"He tried to two-time both of us," says Major. "He wasn't honest with Hailey he needs to man up and tell the truth. I'm not going to be the other woman."
Major also claims she has proof that she and Gosselin were "romantically involved."
"I was not the only one who was around when we were romantically involved," says Major. "We were holed up together. It's not like we were just sitting there doing an interview."

That proposed Jon Gosselin reality show could actually turn out to be interesting.

Whether he's hanging out with a Lohan (albeit, not the hot one) or playing the man about town, the guy keeps surprising people. (His wife, however, has been keeping with the same adorable crowd.)

In an exclusive statement to E! News, Gosselin reveals he's in a relationship with Kate Major, aka Kate 2.0. And it's "private."

"I care about Kate Major, she resigned from her job for me. Right now, my focus is on my relationship with my kids. My personal relationship is private," he says in an exclusive statement to E! News.

Major declined to comment on her relationship with Gosselin.

But on Friday she told E! News that while she understands the public scrutiny that comes along with a reality TV dad, "I just want people to know that I am a nice and genuine person and anyone who knows me knows that."

And who knows? If that reality show comes through, everyone probably will know her.

Things got a little too hairy for Kate Gosselin over the weekend. Luckily, that's one part of her life that's a quick fix.

The maritally challenged reality star hasn't lost her signature spikey 'do (fear not, fans), but she did go in for some hair maintenance on Monday morning.

A source tells E! News that Kate drove from her home outside Reading, Pa., to a home-based salon in nearby Harrisburg to get her hair done.

"She got a little touch up," says a source. "It's still the same cut, just a fresher look. It is a little spikier."

Afterward, the family's preeminent errand runner, with two of her eight kids in tow, drove back to the Reading area, where she picked up a package from a UPS store and went home. Ah, the glamorous life of a tabloid fixture.

And who was waiting for her when she returned (other than the omnipresent TLC cameras and assorted paparazzi)?

For Jon and Kate Gosselin, the prospect of repairing their tabloid-addled marriage is looking dimmer.

Sources tell E! News that the reality show parents, whose tenth wedding anniversary was on Friday, were not together on the big day. In fact, they spent the entire weekend apart.

Kate spent most of the weekend with the kids. "A TLC crew spent all weekend at the house shooting," says a source. The couple have committed to shoot at least 40 episodes for the current season.

On Sunday, the working mom emerged to run errands around town.

She visited her favorite Starbucks, went grocery shopping and made a trip to Bed, Bath and Beyond. And joining Kate on her outing was a rare sighting: a bodyguard who was not Steve Neild.

Meanwhile, Jon's whereabouts this weekend were unknown.

That's Heidi with an H.

The artist formerly known as Heidi Montag and who is now—legally at least, Heidi Pratt—tells E! News exclusively that she wants to join the nomenclature ranks of other female celeb superstars.

"In keeping with the great tradition of stars like Madonna and Cher who are on a first-name-only basis with their fans, I've decided to go by the name of 'Heidi,' " she says.

Husband Spencer Pratt tells E! News that he fully supports her decision.

"Legally, she's a Pratt. But to her fans she is 'Heidi.' I totally support my beautiful wife—no matter what she calls herself."

But Spencer tells E! News that, for the moment, Heidi, as recently announced, is going to go by the stage name "H" as a recording artist.

Lane Garrison is a free man.

E! News has learned exclusively that the 28-year-old actor was released early Wednesday morning from California Correctional Institute in rural Tehachapi, Calif.

The onetime Prison Break player was greeted by family and friends outside the prison, located about a three-hour drive north of Los Angeles. A source close to the actor tells us, "He's done his time and now he's looking forward to trying to move on with his life."

Although Garrison is through with prison, the actor will now check himself into an in-patient rehabilitation center in order to shorten his probation period, sources confirm.

Lindsay Lohan's not planning to strip down for the Strip just yet.

She tells E! News exclusively that, despite reports saying otherwise, she is not interested in being a lead performer in Peepshow, the burlesque production at Las Vegas' Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino currently starring Mel B and Kelly Monaco.

But Lohan, who saw Peepshow over the weekend, says, for the right amount of money, she would be open to making a one-time appearance in the Sin City spectacle. "One show as a guest would be fun," she says, adding that she'd do it just "for play."

Lohan, 22, wanted to clarify a Fox News report from Monday in which she was quoted saying, "If they make me an offer and the money's right, I'll do it."

Another appearance Lohan says she's is excited to make will happen on Wednesday, when she swings by the L.A. studio of Ellen for her first on-camera interview since her split with Samantha Ronson two weeks ago.

An E! News investigation has uncovered new details about the 19-year-old Tennessee hacker accused of targeting Miley Cyrus and a handful of other celebrities last year, including Chris Brown, Rihanna and Pete Wentz.

In October, the FBI raided Josh Holly's Nashville-area apartment after he apparently broke into Cyrus' account, found photos of the tween queen in her underwear and then published them online. A man identifying himself as the 19-year-old computer savant took credit for the hacking online and in a call to an Arizona radio station.

E! News traveled to Holly's hometown of Murfreesboro, Tenn., a short drive from Cyrus' native Franklin (the setting for the Hannah Montana movie). Holly had been living there with his older sister at the time of the FBI visit that seemed to put a stop to his Hollywood hacking.  
   
"He's very stressed," former roommate Ashley Saltiel tells E! News, adding that Holly fled the state after the raid. "He's moved to Arizona...just to keep out of the limelight."

Holly, a 19-year-old high school dropout described by one friend as "a mad genius," also managed to get get Cyrus' cell phone number, according to Saltiel. She recalls one night when, during a party, he called Cyrus on speaker phone from his cell.

"Apparently he had called before because all she said was, 'I don't want to talk to you, leave me alone,' and she hung up," says Saltiel.

A spokesman for the FBI's Nashville field office says the investigation into Holly is ongoing but would not confirm his current whereabouts.
