Does God Save the Supernatural Boys?

Jensen Ackles, Supernatural Jack Rowand/The CW
More from Watch with Kristin

Can you believe we have to wait almost two months for a new episode of Supernatural, especially after yesterday's heartbreaker "Abandon All Hope"? The wait is going to be positively gruesome, but to keep, well, hope alive during the holidays, we gathered up the answers some of your burning SPN fan Q's.

So what's the biggest question of all right now in the Supernatural-verse? For our money it's this: Why is God so darn laissez-faire in his approach to the Apocalypse? The Winchesters could really use a hand mopping up all the fire and brimstone that's raining down on Earth right now! Come on, big man! Show your face!

So, will there be a deus ex machina in season five of Supernatural? Here's what we're hearing:

This Just In: Lost Season Six Gets a Premiere Date

Lost, Season 6, Poster ABC
More from Watch with Kristin

Lost: According to ABC, Lost season six will premiere Feb. 2 at 9 p.m., which means Tuesday is now Lost day. In other Lost news, a little birdie tells us exclusively that the Lost season five DVD/Blu-ray packaging has hieroglyphics hidden within the cover art that offer additional clues to the nature of season six. (The hieroglyphics are not included in the promo artwork released so far.) The DVDs are due out Dec. 8, so make sure your local Egyptologist is on call that day!

Grey's Anatomy: Seattle Grace gets into the webisode business tonight with the launch of the Grey's Anatomy series On Call, running on ABC.com through Jan. 21. Set at Joe's bar, the six-installment series will focus on the undercurrent of intern drama we've seen over the past couple of years. Other featured characters include Steve Bailey as good ol' Joe the bartender and Nora Zehetner as Dr. Reed Adamson.

Does Tuesday as Lost day work for you guys? And will you watch On Call to see what's up with the preggo intern on Grey's?

Top Chef: We Was Had (and That's OK!)

Top Chef, Bryan Voltaggio, Jennifer Carroll, Michael Voltaggio, Kevin Gillespie Trae Patton/BRAVO
More from Watch with Kristin

We got taken for a ride by a Top cheftestant, and we don't mind one bit.

When we told you a couple weeks back that we had reason to believe that a front-runner (Jen, Kevin, Mike V. or Bryan) went home early, that reason was because someone from our team ran into "the red-haired guy from Top Chef" (aka Kevin Gillespie) while shopping for engagement rings in downtown L.A. The chef in question told our friend, "I got kicked off before the end." Well, as you saw last night, Kevin won the final Vegas challenge and sailed safely into the finale, along with fellow obvious finalists Jen Carroll and the Volt bros.

(FYI, this encounter happened in mid-October, which we believe to be before Kevin went north to shoot the finale in Napa, so don't sue us if Kevin doesn't make it into the final three and you feel spoiled. In that case, it's just a coincidence and we're not liable, darn it!)

We warned you at the time, "It could be part of a Bravo misinformation campaign, but we trust the source, so we're passing it along to you." Well, it's looking more and more like misinformation is the case, and we have to say, "Thanks, Bravo!"

Why are we grateful to have been taken for a ride? Well...

Grey's Anatomy Love Triangle: "The Characters Can't Be Happy All the Time"

Grey's Anatomy, Kevin McKidd, Sandra Oh ABC/DANNY FELD
More from Watch with Kristin

Here's the bad news: Kim Raver's Teddy Altman is definitely a complication for Grey's Anatomy's most beloved twosome of the moment: Kevin McKidd's Owen Hunt and Sandra Oh's Cristina Yang. As Kevin McKidd correctly pointed out when we spoke earlier this week, "For a TV show to work, the characters can't be happy all the time." (Bah humbug!)

Now, here's the good news: McKidd and costar Sandra Oh are both total Crowen shippers who want to see their characters together as much or more than we do. McKidd testifies, "I want the best for him. I want him to be happy. I want him to be in love. I want him to be all these things, and so does Sandra [for her character]." And you've got to believe that all that love for love will win out in the end, right?

Kevin McKidd explained to us why he and Sandra are so in synch, both on and offscreen, and what this triangle means for the show. Plus, McKidd revealed a worrisome suspicion that Owen's old nemesis might be back sooner rather than later...

This Just In: Neil Patrick Harris Should Rule the World

Neil Patrick Harris, Twitter
More from Watch with Kristin

Not So Horrible: In case you turned off the Internet yesterday, you may have missed the news that Neil Patrick Harris joined Twitter. NPH finds Twitter a fascinating and strange new medium for his comedy stylings. See above for proof.

Whee, Glee! New instant-classic Glee music is available online, including a version of "Lean on Me" (we're already preparing to cry during this TV performance), a fabulous pop "Crush," and "I'll Stand by You," which we have to guess (just guess) is Cory Monteith's Finn serenading Dianna Agron's Quinn about her pregnancy and such. Loverly!

Together Again? These new photos of Chace Crawford and Taylor Momsen filming Gossip Girl in New York remind us what a cute couple Little J and Nate were way back in season two. Anybody else want to see them rekindle something once Jenny turns 18?

Taking a Break: Julianne Hough told our own Ryan Seacrest she won't be back for Dancing With the Stars season 10.

American Music Awards: E! got the exclusive scoop that our girl Kristen Bell will be a presenter at the American Music Awards this weekend, along with Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato and Colbie Caillat.

Should You Watch the New Scrubs?

Scrubs Cast ABC/Bob D'Amico
More from Watch with Kristin

OK, here's the truth: We were skeptical about the idea of a new Scrubs.

As a general rule, shows without Law & Order in the title don't need a ninth season. By the time a series gets that old, the gimmick is usually played out, the castmembers and writers are burned out and the audience is ready to sign out. Especially with the knowledge that some original castmembers were either gone completely or only appearing part-time, Scrubs: The Next Generation just seemed a little desperate on ABC's part.

But we just got the first two eps of Scrubs season nine in the mail, and here's what we think after actually seeing the finished product:

This Just In: See Gaga Sing on Gossip Girl

Gossip Girl: Don't want to wait until Monday to see Lady Gaga's guest gig on Gossip Girl's "Last Days of Disco Stick"? Press play above for a sneak peek of the showy pop star's big musical number.

Curb Your Enthusiasm: As it turns out, super-Jew Larry David is 37 percent Native American, or so say the geneticists employed by the Lopez Tonight show.

Private Practice: Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice boss Shonda Rhimes announced that Kate Walsh has joined Twitter, if you're into that kind of thing. You can follow her at @k8_walsh. Now, a question after last night's heartbreak of an episode: Why doesn't Private Practice ever address what must be Addison's loudly ticking biological clock? They confront her lonely girl status, but she's a baby doc for crissakes, and yet she never once has evinced an interest in procreating. Are we the only ones who find that odd?

Charlie's New Angels: This sounds strangely fun. Sarah Connor Chronicles boss Josh Friedman and multihyphenate cutie Drew Barrymore are collaborating on a possible new Charlie's Angels series for ABC. Got any sexy casting ideas?

Caprica: The Battlestar Galactica spinoff Caprica has been cut back by one hour to save money. The series, which stars Eric Stoltz and Esai Morales, premieres Jan. 22 on Syfy.

See Locklear's Triumphant Return to Melrose Place

Loading...
More from Watch with Kristin

Heather Locklear really does have something goin' on. Maybe it's her 30 years of experience in series television or maybe it's that her boobs look fantastic, but whatever the source of power, Locklear's ability to transform TV shows appears to remain entirely intact.

Heather Locklear (re)joins the cast of Melrose Place this coming Tuesday, and it looks like she still has exactly the chilly authority the CW needs to up Melrose's profile in TV land. Melrose's prospects remain realistically dim, but should Heather's arrival generate enough buzz and a moderate ratings increase, the show might live out the season and be considered for a second year. It's hard to tell what people really want from their nighttime soaps, so who's to say why the show is struggling, but Locklear's involvement is as likely as any other effort to bring about a series renewal.

Now, as for the content of these three sneak peeks, Amanda's definitely moving in to Ella's (Katie Cassidy) PR firm, but where will she live now that she's back in town? Find out:

Grey's Anatomy First Look: Is This McSteamy's Daughter?

Leven Rambin, Grey's Anatomy ABC/Danny Feld
More from Watch with Kristin

Leven Rambin, aka home wrecker Riley from Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, is coming to Grey's Anatomy Nov. 19, and her home-wrecking streak might not be done yet...

We've been told that Leven's character features heavily in the Nov. 19 episode, titled "Holidaze," and that during the course of that episode (which spans several weeks of story time), "Mark (Eric Dane) and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) must cope with the shocking arrival of a woman from his past."

What's so shocking? Well, rumor has it that Leven plays Mark "McSteamy" Sloan's long-lost daughter. Gasp!

Do you see a family resemblance?

And if you're a "Sexie" fan, is it better if this newcomer is a romantic rival or if she's just a reminder that the Mark-Lexie romance is sometimes just a smidge age-inappropriate? (Seriously, Leven and Chyler look like they could be sorority sisters!)

Last but not least, is anyone out there a tiny bit suspicious that this blond newcomer might actually be the daughter that Izzie (Katherine Heigl) gave up for adoption?

Kim and fellow guest star Vanessa Minnillo play a pair of hot would-be criminal masterminds.

Mark Your Calendars: Showtime has announced premiere dates for the new seasons of three excellent series. Crazy mamas Edie Falco and Toni Collette are back at it when Nurse Jackie and The United States of Tara return Mar. 22. The final season of The Tudors, starring Joely Richardson as the last wife of a finally fat Henry VIII (Jonathan Rhys Meyers), premieres April 11. Oh, and for the five remaining humans who haven't seen Twilight, the TV premiere is set for Jan. 23 on Showtime.

Top Chef: For those who felt defrauded by the lack of a new episode of Top Chef this week, we offer you this exciting (but profane, thanks to Mike Voltaggio) sneak peek of next week's episode, featuring that notorious layabout Padma Lakshmi.

Sammie in Omaha, Neb.: Is there any hope for Trauma? I'm loving the show! It's an entertaining, action-packed drama, plus Rabbit-Nancy is awesome! It's been staying almost even with Heroes in ratings, and the latest episode actually had more overall viewers.

Could Crazy Puritans Take Away our Highly Anticipated Gossip Girl Threesome?

More from Watch with Kristin

Bianca in Palm Beach, Fla.: OMFG! Please help! I am now just hearing of this ridiculous complaint that the Parent Television Council is making against next Monday's episode of Gossip Girl, because of the threesome storyline. I hope this is just for publicity, but can you reassure us that the episode will indeed air? Please?! Thank youuu!!!

In case you haven't heard, TV fans, the self-appointed band of media moralizers known as the Parents Television Council has gotten wind of the Gossip Girl threesome set for this coming Monday, and boy, are their granny panties in a bunch! The PTC is sending sternly worded faxes hither and yon in protest, but does this squawky bunch of cultural conservatives actually have any power?

Could they be persuading the CW to step back from the threesome storyline? We've done a little digging and here's the word on the street:
