Twilight's Nikki Reed is tired of all the negative media attention.
At the Alternative Apparel fashion show on Monday night, she said she's sick of all the online celeb bashing these days.
"I'm going to Virginia for two days to visit the troops and I think that's really awesome," she told me, before launching into a tirade about Internet criticism...
"I just don't know why we're breeding a generation of hate and criticism right now. The only thing that seems to be getting hits is controversial," she continued. "It's now 'Who's fat, who's ugly and what can I say that's mean about someone?' and I just think it's really sad."
Nikki, who was hanging with her friend Krysten Ritter at the show, says people want to read about positive things "like Jessica Biel's dogs and Jennifer Aniston being muscular."
The one thing she didn't want to talk about was her relationship to Greek heir Paris Latsis (yes, the same guy who was once engaged to Paris Hilton).
"We've been together a long time and I want to keep it private," she told me.
Hmmm...we bet her costars Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson can relate to that one!
