Week in Review: Sandra Bullock's Husband Tarnishes Our Faith in Tats and Sweet Talk

Simon Cowell, Ellen DeGeneres, Corey Haim, Katherine Heigl, Kate Winslet, Sam Mendes, Sandra Bullock, Jesse James Michael Becker/FOX; Michael Bezjian/Getty Images; ABC/Randy Holmes; Dan Herrick/ZUMApress.com; Jeffrey Mayer/Getty Images

We feel so fooled.

If even the least scandalous details of the whole Jesse James affair story are true, there goes our view of him as a teddy bear in Sons of Anarchy clothing who happens to be in love with the homecoming queen.

The way he looked at Sandra Bullock during awards season as he walked the red carpet with her, holding her shiny miniaudieres while she gave interviews and clapping heartily every time she won... So sweet.

And just when we thought the dirtiest business of the week would be South Park spoofing Tiger Woods, Bullock cancels an appearance in London and gets the heck out of dodge, aka the Seal Beach, Calif., home where she had stuck by James' side through stalkers and lost puppies and custody battles with porn star ex-wives.

It's like there's nothing to believe in anymore, except the Best Actress curse...

Ellen Arranges $30,000 Scholarship for Gay Teen in Small-Town Prom Flap

Ellen DeGeneres Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images

Two things we know about Ellen DeGeneres: She's gay and she loves to dance.

So when she heard about Mississippi teen Constance McMillan, whose senior prom was canceled after she caused a stir by planning to wear a tux and go with another girl, DeGeneres took action.

During an appearance on Ellen Friday, McMillan was presented with a $30,000 scholarship from Tonic.com, which also offered the 18-year-old an internship this summer.

"It's always easy to be quiet," DeGeneres told her. "Especially when you know that somebody might tell you no or it's going to cause a scene. I love that you're not trying to do anything other than go to prom. That's what everyone deserves to do. Go to prom, it's a big deal."

Jesse James' Alleged Mistress Bombshell McGee in "Touchy" Tug-of-War Over Son

Michelle Bombshell McGee E! Networks

We're about to see just how much legal counsel that reported $30,000 can buy.

While Michelle "Bombshell" McGee clearly had no problem cashing in on her alleged affair with Sandra Bullock's hubby, Jesse James, it seems she may not have fully thought through the repercussions of pimping out such personal information.

McGee's ex-husband, emboldened by her made-for-the-tabloids story, turned up in San Diego court this morning, to file an emergency motion seeking full-time custody of Avery.

For those keeping track at home, Avery would be the former couple's 5-year-old son, not McGee's stripper alter ego.

"I've known about all this, everything. I think it's a horrible thing for a person to do," Ronald Shane Modica exclusively tells E! News. "She told me she's made the money and she's planning on taking off so I'm like, 'What do I do?' "

Remember All Those Millions? Anna Nicole's Estate Can Kiss 'Em Bye-Bye

Anna Nicole Smith Denise Truscello/WireImage.com

Poor Dannielynn. Literally.

A judge said today that the estate of Anna Nicole Smith is not entitled to the $300 million-plus judgment previously awarded from her late oil tycoon hubby's billion-dollar estate.

The ruling caps a long-running court battle that dates back to 1995—shortly after J. Howard Marshall II died and Smith sued for half of his $1.6 billion. She eventually won $449 million which was subsequently reduced on appeal, and the case continued after she died of a drug overdose in 2007.

Breaking News...more to come.

Is the Fame Monster about to bite Lady Gaga in the ass?

A New Jersey-based songwriter, record producer and self-professed former lover of the "Poker Face" purveyor is seeking a whopping $35 million—claiming that her outsized persona and even her stage name were his creations.

Rob Fusari says in his lawsuit, filed yesterday in New York Superior Court, that he discovered and mentored the chanteuse back when she still just Stefani Germanotta, a struggling performer trying to make a splash in the New York club scene.

Fusari, whose credits include Destiny Child's "Bootylicious" and Will Smith's "Wild Wild West" for Will Smith, claims he dreamed up the Gaga name because he was a big fan of Queen's "Radio Gaga" and his cell phone had software issues.

Even behind bars, Weezy just can't seem to stay out of trouble.

An Arizona judge issued a warrant this morning for Lil Wayne's arrest after he failed to turn up for a court date in his drug and weapons case.

Yuma County Superior Court Judge Mark Wayne Reeves ordered the "Cash Money" rapper be taken into custody after missing out on a final pretrial management conference stemming for a 2008 arrest in which border patrol officers allegedly found marijuana, Ecstasy and several handguns on Wayne's tour bus.

Of course, Lil Wayne has a pretty good excuse of course for why he didn't show.

Corey Haim Ron Galella/Getty Images

Corey Haim's death just crossed the county line.

A prescription with the actor's name on it was found during the course of an ongoing investigation into the purchase of bogus prescription pads by a San Diego vendor, California Attorney General Jerry Brown announced Friday.

Haim's death, which authorities at first tentatively attributed to a drug overdose, appears to be linked to an "illegal and massive prescription drug ring," Brown said.

Therefore, the 38-year-old's tragic passing has now become a matter of state interest.
