That pervert CEO of American Apparel is rumored to be laying off employees that don’t meet the American Apparel “aesthetic.”  Stories are circulating that he made stores that aren’t doing well send in group photos in order to blame his employees’ looks for poor sales.  I call bulls--t! on this.  Chelsea Lately has pretty damn good ratings, yet most of the people that I put on television could be filed under the “I’d only have sex with that person if the only other choice was a relative.”  I’m assuming that American Apparel employee’s looks have much less to do with sales than the fact that most people are probably all stocked up on crappy leggings and knee socks.
