Is it just us, or have far too many of these Week in Reviews lately been recounting tragic deaths of pretty young people we didn't know personally, but who nevertheless left a lasting impression on our young minds back in the 1980s?

This week, after the Oscars swept us away to a glamourous, Clooney-ruled world of red carpets, gorgeous gowns and a hilarious Hitler joke directed at Meryl Streep, we sadly paid tribute to one of the original Tiger Beat studs, Corey Haim...

Lady Gaga & Beyoncé Kill in "Telephone"

Surprise! Due to overwhelming anticipation, we decided to share this with you a little early, but be sure to watch E! News tonight at 11:00 for all the scoop on the video from Lady Gaga herself!

Lady Gaga's "Telephone" video, featuring the always fierce Beyoncé (and directed by Jonas Åkerlund), has finally premiered!

We've been anticipating this clip for weeks now, something she knows all too well. As she told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show last month, "What I like about it is, it's a real true pop event. When I was younger I was always excited when there was a big giant event happening in pop music and that's what I wanted this to be."

So now that you've seen it, what do you think? Is "Telephone" as epic as "Bad Romance"—or maybe even better? Give us your review in the Comments section below!

Lady Gaga's "Telephone" to Premiere on E! News

All of us little monsters have been anxiously awaiting Lady Gaga's new video "Telephone," and the wait is almost over. This Friday, March 12, the nine-minute video will premiere right here on E! News at 11:00 p.m. Ahhh! Two more days!

Now, "Telephone" has a lot to live up to after the iconic masterpiece that is "Bad Romance," but the singer's not alone in this. Beyoncé will be there, marking the second time the two have worked together (hopefully this time it'll turn out better).

Inspired by Quentin Tarantino's stylized violence, the video picks up where "Paparazzi" left off—Gaga in jail for poisoning her BF Alexander Skarsgård. Of course, he totally deserved it after pushing her off a balcony, but at least B is there to help her girl through this trying time.

All right, who's excited? Think it can live up to "Bad Romance"?

More from Ask the Answer Bitch

What is up with Katharine McPhee's blond hair? Hate it! Is it a requirement to have blond hair to be a top singer? Madonna, Brit, Jessica Simpson, Christina, Gaga, Shakira, Gwen Stefani...
—Lori S., via Facebook

True, hot blond mess Ke$ha is at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 as I type this, but really? Hair color? As a factor in who tops the charts? Come on.

Besides, to prove your argument, you'd need to solve one of the greatest mysteries of modern man: What the heck is Lady Gaga?

Does Rihanna Get Paid to Watch Fashion Shows?

More from Ask the Answer Bitch

Do celebrities get paid to sit in the front row at fashion shows? I think I read that somewhere.
—ONoTheyDiddint, via the Answer B!tch inbox

Oh don't stop there. Take me as an example. If, say, Michael Kors would like me to appear at his show during New York's Fashion Week, which starts Thursday, I shall do so for the modest fee of $100,000.

But if he wants me to appear in his clothes, that's extra. And if he wants me to appear on the red carpet before the show, that's extra, too. And if he wants me to say nice things about his clothes in the press...You get the idea.

Among the stars recently seen at fashion shows—Kanye West, his Silly-String-clad girlfriend, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Anne Hathaway—at least a few of them charge the designers for the honor of their presence.

For example, take...

Beyoncé's Dad Will "Certainly" Take Paternity Test

Matthew Knowles Jae Donnelly/INFDaily.com

The quest to determine whether Beyoncé has a half-brother is picking up steam.

The Grammy-winning diva's dad, Matthew Knowles, who was a target of a paternity suit in October, exclusively tells E! News that he will "certainly" submit to a paternity test when asked.

"I know about as much as you do," he says. "Last week, they said it was a girl, this week they said it was a boy. We do have a court date but none of that means anything until DNA testing is done."

Starting with the Grammys, moving on to the Oscar nominations and ending up with Charlie Sheen's car going off a cliff, this was quite the week.

Away we go:

Rihanna may have hit the Grammys carpet solo, but that didn't mean she was manless all night.

The double winner met up on the sly with baseballing beau Matt Kemp at an afterparty. They both hit Drake's bash at Guys & Dolls, where Jay-Z and Beyoncé also made a surprise appearance.

"Jay decided to crash Drake's party in a good way," an eyewitness tells us. "He brought the whole crew!"

What will all the fuss over which stars did us—and their careers—proud over the last 12 months, it's easy to lose sight of those who, well, sucked.

But while the critics seem to be in agreement that Sandra Bullock could very well be the best actress of the year, a slightly different set of no less opinionated critics happen to be in somewhat different agreement: namely, that Sandra Bullock could also very well be the worst actress of the year.

Ain't showbiz grand?

Beyoncé Knowles and Sasha Fierce almost proved to be an unbeatable team.

Swift, who entered the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards with a whopping eight nominations, made it out with four wins overall, including Best Country Album and Best Female Vocal Country Performance and Best Country Song, both for "White Horse."

Activist Group Not Gaga Over Lady's Guns

Lady Gaga's wild ways have earned her an enemy.

After using prop pistols during her live stage shows, and waving around faux firearms with Beyoncé in the video for their hit single "Video Phone," gun safety group the Brady Campaign is taking on the popstar.

"The music was fine, but I wonder why they went out of their way to glorify guns in their production," campaign president, Paul Helmke wrote on their website. "Beyond the sexual stereotype of guns in general, it's hard to understand why they are in the video at all."

But why the sudden interest in the not-so-recently released music video and its stars?
