Sandra Bullock should be stalker-free, for at least the next three years.

The woman who pleaded guilty to stalking the Premonition star—and who, at one point, even attempted to run down the actress' Monster Garage hubby, Jesse James—has managed to avoid any jail time for her misdirected enthusiasm and instead has been placed on three years' probation.

Marcia Valentine, a 47-year-old dental assistant, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor stalking of the actress back on Nov. 5. An additional felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon (i.e., her car) was dropped.

The probation sentence comes in addition to a three-year restraining order that Bullock was granted against Valentine back in May 2007, when she first testified against the woman's dangerous, and slightly creepy, deeds.

At the time, Bullock, who was not required to testify in the case, said Valentine had visited her California home on at least five occasions, leaving behind "weird signs" and "pieces of animal fur" before launching what turned out to be the final legal straw, endeavoring to mow down her TV-ready hubby in front of their home.

The incident took place in April 2007, when Valentine sought to make roadkill of James three or four times, luckily failing to succeed and ultimately driving off.

Until her recent sentencing, Valentine had been free on $25,000 bail.
