Reese Witherspoon is legally wed.

The sunny-faced Oscar winner and agent Jim Toth tied the knot at her ranch in Ojai Saturday evening, swapping vows in front of about 100 guests, including a newly single Renée Zellwegger, Gwyneth Paltrow and hubby Chris Martin, Sacha Baron Cohen, Alyssa Milano, Salma Hayek, Robert Downey Jr. with wife Susan, and Tobey Maguire, E! News has confirmed.

See, this is how you know!

The bride wore a Monique Lhuillier gown as she walked down the aisle to the traditional "Here Comes the Bride," while Toth arrived to the tune of the "Tennessee Waltz." The 4-carat Ashoka diamond ring Toth gave her when he popped the question made for a rather grand accessory, as the couple swapped wedding bands designed by jeweler William Goldberg. They exchanged traditional Christian vows during the service.

A huge tent set up in a field behind the main house kept the guests safe from the elements of the chilly, outdoor ceremony, while rustic-themed decor and oodles of flowers helped bring the outside in. Wedding planner-to-the-stars Yifat Oren did the honors, CelebrityBrideGuide.com's Christina Simpson told E! News.

The wedding party included Witherspoon's 11-year-old daughter, Ava, and 7-year-old son, Deacon. First husband Ryan Phillippe was not in attendance (because not everyone can be Bruce-Demi-and-Ashton).

As for the guests, Zellwegger was the first to leave, departing the compound immediately after the ceremony and before the reception even began in order to catch a flight out.

Everything seemed to go off just as planned (with very tight security around the ranch), as befitting someone whose production company is called Type A Films, and Witherspoon and her planners were in full-on prep mode all week.

The lady of the hour had her hair cut at L.A.'s Privé Salon on Monday, checked in Thursday at Kinara Spa in West Hollywood and later made a (barefoot) run to the Vanessa Bruno boutique on Melrose.

While attending Paris Fashion Week in January, the Walk the Line star also loaded up on designer goodies during a prenuptial shopping spree and was fitted for The Dress.

Witherspoon, who grew up with horses and other livestock in Tennessee, bought her seven-acre Ojai property, Libbey Ranch, for $6.95 million in 2008.

Her immediate family flew in from Nashville last Sunday to get the celebration going, bedding down in the ranch's two guest cottages, while other wedding guests are said to have checked in at the nearby Ojai Valley Inn.

Toth, 40, and Witherspoon's kids, parents, and brother and sister-in-law all were all on hand to celebrate the actress' 35th birthday at a Brentwood restaurant earlier this week.

Witherspoon and Toth started dating not long after she and Jake Gyllenhaal called it quits in December 2009 and they were engaged by the end of 2010.
