Olivia Wilde and Justin Timberlake are set to reunite on the big screen. But, this time there's a twist.

A source close to the production has confirmed that Alpha Dog costars have been cast in a new thriller directed by Andrew Niccol (Gattaca) in which 26-year-old Wilde will play Timberlake's mother.

Considering the House star is three years Timberlake's junior…how will that work exactly?

The still-untitled film takes place in a society where time replaces money as the ultimate currency. People stop aging at 25, but there's a catch: They're genetically engineered to live only one more year, unless they can buy their way out of it. The rich "earn" decades at a time (remaining at age 25), becoming essentially immortal, while the rest beg, borrow or steal enough hours to make it through the day.

Timberlake and Wilde will star alongside Amanda Seyfried, and 31-year-old Mad Men star Vincent Karthesier, who plays Seyfried's father.
