Randy Quaid and Fellow Squatting Spouse Free on Bail, Get Brand-New Mug Shots!

Actor and his wife are no longer squatting in a Santa Barbara jail cell. For now, at least

Hopefully Randy and Evi Quaid have a legitimate place to crash tonight.

Following their weekend arrest for squatting at a Santa Barbara home they claim currently belongs to them (mmm, nice try), the dynamic duo was released Sunday on $50,000 bail apiece after posing for some swell new mug shots (and just in time for this year's Christmas card).

They're due back in court Oct. 18, which could spell even more trouble for Evi. She was not only was charged with an additional count of resisting arrest, but is already on probation for the couple's bill-dodging antics at a local hotel and could face jail time if found in violation.

Ugh. When it comes to these two, we could all use a vacation.
