Fashion Week and diva behavior go hand in hand. So when designer Zac Posen had a mini meltdown before his Spoke by Zac Posen Spring 2011 runway show at Lincoln Center Saturday, most took it in stride.  But two high-powered magazine editors, including one from Vogue, were spotted jetting even before the runway show took off.

"They pushed me aside and bolted out," said one guest at the show. "Zac had a tiny tantrum on the runway about the production. When they saw that, they weren't happy. One said ‘I just can't stay.' They were supporting him, they saw his little freak out and were not happy."

According to the guest, Zac got a tad snippy with an employee and started acting out right before the lights went down. But, he recovered and the show went on. His antics were quickly forgotten because in the end, the collection was "beautiful," said the guest. And the whole snafu took a backseat to the model who took a tumble on the runway during the show.

"The clothes were beautiful, it's that the buildup to it was all wrong," the guest said.

"Elle magazine stayed, everyone else stayed."

But critics shouldn't be too hard on Zac, the fashion insider tells E! that the 29-year-old is still upset over the breakup with his interior design boyfriend a few months ago.

"He gets upset, he gets diva-ish, he has his freakouts, but the show was good," said the guest.

Zac clearly thought so, throwing his fist in the air when he appeared at the end, to front row claps from Claire Danes, Shenae Grimes, and Kimora Lee Simmons, who sat next to ex hubby Russell Simmons

Shenae also hit the Charlotte Ronson show at Lincoln Center yesterday, along with Nicky Hilton, Solange Knowles and Olivia Palermo. Earlier it was star-studded at Rockefeller Center for the QVC pop-up store with Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week-Live, which featured an eight minute runway show live on QVC where guests peeped the hottest fall items.

Angie Harmon was obsessed over bumping into her "style icon" Rachel Zoe. She also chatted up Christina Ricci, telling her she looked "stunning."

"Sitting next to her on the runway and picking out our favorite outfits and just watching the beautiful models was such a blast," Harmon said.
