A ticked-off clothing label is trying to keep up with its Kourtney Kardashian account.

Teen-fashion house Flowers by Zoe sued the E! star and her now closed kids' boutique Smooch for $2,331.23, claiming Kardashian still owes that much for merchandise.

Due to the relatively teeny-weeny amount (in Kardashian land, anyway), the complaint was filed July 1 in small claims court. A hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 3, 2011.

Kourtney ran Smooch with mom Kris Jenner for six years. They closed up shop last year as Kourtney prepared to become a mom, started focusing more on the Miami branch of Dash, and had less and less time to devote to the boutique.

"I used to work in the store all day, every day, stay hours after closing and was obsessed with it," Kourtney wrote on her blog at the time. "Smooch was my baby! After thinking about it long and hard, we have decided to close Smooch...It is just not the same without me and my mom there to run it."
