Aside from a new assistant, maybe Lindsay Lohan needs a new business manager, too. Not to mention a wallet with a lock on it.

The 23-year-old starlet was sued Wednesday by a Los Angeles boutique whose management claims she never paid in full for clothing, jewelry and other accessories she purchased between November 2009 and this past February.

So, how short on the bill is she, supposedly?

According to Church Boutique owners David Malvaney and Rodney Burns, Lohan has only paid $180 out of $17,060.83. And they would never have let her do such a thing, they state in their suit filed in L.A. Superior Court, if they had known she had "no intention" of ever paying.

"Plaintiff's reliance on Lohan's respresenations [that her business manager would take care of it] were justified due to the celebrity of Lohan and her well-known status as a movie actress with substantial income," the complaint states.

Perhaps it's time for the plaintiffs to get with the program.

"Filing suit was the last thing we wanted to do, but after six months of not being paid, my clients were left with no choice," attorney Bill Crockett tells E! News. "They started this business from scratch, and that they have been successful in attracting an elite clientele does not mean they should be abused."

Lohan's rep has not yet responded to E! News' request for comment.
