Big Brother should really be watching more closely.

Tonya Paoni from the CBS show's third season has been charged with reckless homicide and aggravated DUI for allegedly causing a five-vehicle crash that killed two people last summer near Springfield, Ill.

The 43-year-old Paoni was arrested May 27 and is currently behind bars in Sangamon County Jail in lieu of a $1 million bond or $100,000 cash bail.

According to Springfield's State Journal-Register, Paoni was driving east on Interstate 72 at 10 p.m. on July 17, 2009, when her Toyota Corolla rear-ended a Ford Explorer, which then plowed into a median and rolled over several times.

Cameron Weider, 21, a passenger in the backseat of the Explorer, was thrown from the SUV and died at the scene, per the report.

Then, in a purely bizarre twist, another one of the Explorer passengers, 21-year-old Eric Finneran, who was standing along the westbound side of the road following the accident, was hit and killed by a passing car—and that car had swerved to avoid a fender-bender between two other vehicles that collided while trying to steer clear of the whole mess.

The driver of the Explorer, 22-year-old Zachary Barnes, was treated at a nearby hospital for injuries, then charged with driving under the influence of drugs.

Paoni, meanwhile, is being held responsible for Finneran's death and, in addition to aggravated DUI and reckless homicide, is charged with two counts of aggravated reckless conduct, two counts of aggravated reckless driving, DUI and speeding.
