Did Dwyane Wade's future ex-wife just foul out of the game?

Siovaughn Wade, who sued Gabrielle Union last week for allegedly engaging in "sexual foreplay" with her estranged NBA-star hubby in front of her kids, is a wanted woman Monday after missing a scheduled court date in her ongoing divorce proceedings.

Saying she was tired of Siovaughn's erratic behavior, Cook County Circuit Court Judge Marya Nega issued a bench warrant and set bail at $10,000.

"When things don't go according to Mrs. Wade's way, all of a sudden the phone's turned off," Nega said in court.

"Maybe it's time for the kids to go live with Dad for a month or two," the judge added.

Nega remarked that Wade's estranged missus has failed to keep up her end of the bargain to have their two sons speak with their father every night and that the kids were not there last week at a time when Wade's sister was scheduled to pick them up from school.

Wade's attorney, James Pritikin, told reporters Monday after court that he had been planning to ask the judge to give his client physical custody of their sons, Zion, 8, and Zaire, 2.

Calling her "unstable, dishonest and unbalanced" in court documents filed today, they're requesting that Siovaughn undergo a psych test, Pritikin said. More time with their mother "would seriously endanger the minor children's physical, mental, moral and emotional health," the filing stated.

Siovaughn's attorney, Marsha Fisher, told the judge that her client had heard that Fisher had been in a car accident and thus thought she didn't have to be in court today.

"The fact that you had a car accident does not excuse Mrs. Wade not being here," Neva said.

Chicago police did not immediately know when Mrs. Wade would be picked up.

Meanwhile, Union and Wade have denied the accusations in the lawsuit.
