Iron Man What? Check Out Thor!

Marvel gives us a first glimpse at Chris Hemsworth as the superhero actioner that won't be out for more than a year

Sure, we're excited for Iron Man 2.

But now that Robert Downey Jr. and his shiny red suit are everywhere, it's time to start thinking about whatever's coming next.

With more than a full year left on the countdown clock, Marvel is teasing us with this first look at Chris Hemsworth in Thor.

Principal photography began a month ago, and it looks like they wasted no time covering Miley Cyrus' boyfriend's brother in black armor and a red cape.

The film is based on the classic comic book character based on the Norse god of thunder. Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins and Idris Elba round out the cast for the Kenneth Branagh-directed May 6, 2011, release. Thor is set to join up with The Avengers and director Joss Whedon one year later, on May 4, 2012.
