Amid all the pomp, circumstance and U.S. hockey victories taking place this week, a sad story was unfolding in Vancouver.

The search for missing Growing Pains actor Andrew Koenig ended tragically when friends found his body in a remote area of 1,000-acre Stanley Park, leaving many in mourning and prompting his parents to try to help others avoid their son's fate...

UNHAPPY ENDING: Following their son's apparent suicide, Walter and Judith Koenig are encouraging anyone suffering from depression to seek help, reminding them that people do care and they are not alone. The family also thanked the masses for the unprecedented outpouring of support they received while Andrew was missing. Stars from Kirk Cameron to Walter's Star Trek costar William Shatner offered their thoughts and prayers.

LOVE GAME: Bachelor Jake Pavelka is going to propose to either Vienna or Tenley on Monday, but it was the ousted Rozlyn who stole the show again this week. The accused on-set affair-haver insisted during the Women Tell All special that all the other girls were lying, that she was only friends with that producer, that she met his dad for no reason, etc. But while Roz is going to look back on this as one of her lowest moments on camera (minus the sex tapes a bunch of people say she made), veteran Bachelor host Chris Harrison had one of his best. The cool-as-a-cucumber family man shot her down with nothing but a raised eyebrow and his sincere hope that she is "a better person" when all is said and done.

IN TREATMENT: So, Charlie Sheen's in rehab, as is his wife, and Two and a Half Men is on hold. We are shocked.

STATE OF THE UNIONS: Hilary Duff's new bling-bling caused quite a stir. The actress is all grown up and engaged to NHL player Mike Comrie, who bestowed upon the former Disney princess a $1 million, 14-carat hunk of ice to make Belle, Jasmine and Ariel weep. Which made us think of a few other rings that have caught our attention recently...Seth Green is also engaged and thrilled!...Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have picked the perfect city to recapture the romance—and reunite with Jon Voight!...Abbie Cornish and Ryan Phillippe broke up.

ISLAND VACAY: Lost is so fun again! One plot on the island, one plot off, and Watch With Kristen is getting all sorts of scoop straight from Michael Emerson and friends of Damon Lindelof. And thank goodness there's a redux, or else we might have missed the whole "4+8+16+23+42=108" thing.

GREAT BRITAIN: Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart continued their magical mystery tour around London, starting at the Hurt Locker-honoring BAFTAs, where Rob was a presenter and Kristen won the Orange Rising Star Award. The Awful Truth is trying to figure out just how magical things really are between the costars (the AT's hoping for really magical).

POSTMORTEM: Just as her husband predicted, Brittany Murphy's autopsy results came back clean for any illegal drugs, and the coroner determined that she had no history of drug abuse or anorexia. She was severely weakened by anemia when she contracted the pneumonia that contributed to her death...Heiress Casey Johnson did have a history of substance abuse, per her autopsy report, but there were no illegal drugs in her system when she died from complications of a diabetes-related condition.

BODY IMAGE: Kelly Osbourne's weight became a real talking point, as the loudmouthed teen turned Dancing With the Stars swan said she would prefer to be lauded for her healthiness than for being thinner than she used to be. Bravo! She also revealed that being addicted to drugs was easier for her than being too heavy, at least when it came to dealing with other people.

MAMMA MEA CULPA: Fresh off his big apology, Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren sent a less ostentatious, yet ultimately just-as-public, apology to their fellow parents whose kids attend school with little Sam Woods. Then he lost another sponsor.

AS SEEN ON TV: American Idol is down to 20 already, and castoff Tyler Grady is bummed and, like his hair and lanky frame imply, so misunderstood...Karina Smirnoff won't be partnering a celeb on DWTS this season...Conan O'Brien joined Twitter and he's hilarious...Jay Leno's Tonight Show comeback guest list revealed...Precious was tops at the 41st Annual NAACP Image Awards...Get a whiff of the Old Spice guy...Cast your vote for your Top TV Couple, Round 2!

MEDICAL CENTER: Gary Coleman is recovering from another seizure...Whitney Houston is perfectly fine...Steven Tyler's out of rehab.

RAP SHEET: Juvenile busted for pot...Chikezie Eze arrested...More on the twisted alleged Jon Cryer murder plot...Adrian Pasdar pleaded not guilty to DUI...Nancy Kerrigan's brother is out of jail...Leif Garrett pleaded not guilty to heroin possession...Audrina Patridge's alleged stalker pleaded not guilty...Johnny Depp has joined the campaign to overturn the conviction of the West Memphis Three.

GOOD-BYES: You bet the celebs had something to say about the SeaWorld tragedy...Alexander McQueen was laid to rest...R.I.P., Caroline McWilliams.

FAMILY TIES: It's a girl for Padma Lakshmi...Jim Carrey's a grandpa...Gary Busey's a dad again...Bill and Giuliana Rancic opened up about their struggle to get pregnant...Octomom opened up about being too pregnant.
