The best of both worlds is slowly coming to a close.

Miley Cyrus and the rest of the Hannah Montana gang got back to work Monday on the show's fourth—and final—season of the Disney Channel megahit, and The Powers That Be are promising a doozy of a send-off.

Well, as much of a doozy as the wig-wearin' pop star can produce, that is.

This season's two-part cliffhanger, aptly titled "Miley Says Goodbye?" airs March 7 and March 14, setting up "exciting, pivotal story arcs and event episodes" delivered in the series' last year.

"This fourth season is an expression of Miley Cyrus' personal commitment to ensuring that 'Hannah' will live forever in the hearts and minds of kids everywhere," Disney's chief creative exec Gary Marsh says in a statement.

Hannah Montana's swan song premieres this summer.
