Lindsay Lohan: Pool Party Plans for 23rd Birthday

Lindsay Lohan doesn't turn 23 until July 2, but she's getting the party started early this weekend in Sin City.

The actress is hosting a Vegas poolside soiree at Wet Republic on Saturday to celebrate her birthday and her Sevin Nyne sunless tanner.

Hopefully, the police won't be making a surprise appearance, as they've done at her L.A. pad lately.

Yesterday morning around 4 a.m., cops cited LiLo for excessive noise. This wasn't the first time she's been told to quiet down...

The night Linds was hanging with Ryan Seacrest, X17 reports that police came to her crib around 3:30 a.m. after neighbors complained about loud music.

We doubt any Vegas cops will rain on LiLo's party parade this weekend!
