Being a princess isn't just about having some fancy title or a grand palace to live in (although we certainly wouldn't complain)! Being a princess is a lifestyle, and if you choose to embrace your inner royalty, there's no doubt that you'll have loyal subjects bowing to you from every direction!
Here are 17 ways to live like the princess that you are...
17. Make sure you look fabulous at all times.
If you're going to act the part, you're going to need to dress the part. Do you really think people are going to take a princess seriously if she's wear sweatpants? Unless of course, they're Givenchy...
Whether it's a friend's party or an afternoon of errands, always make sure that you look polished and as close to perfect as possible. (Note: Don't forget to put on lipstick at the gym.)

16. Learn another language.
DVF speaks four languages—English, French, Italian and Spanish (and that's not including a little German and Portuguese that she knows as well)!
Many princesses travel to other countries and faraway lands to improve diplomatic relations with other royals and important heads of state as part of the responsibilities that come with their title.

A princess must always surround herself with loyal subjects or an entourage of some sort. It's the princess way!
13. Own a tiara.
You don't want to be that "crazy" lady who wears her tiara to the grocery store, but as a princess, you are allowed to own one and you are allowed to wear it on special occasions.

12. Command the attention of others.
A proper princess knows how to command the attention of others simply by walking into a room. She doesn't have to be loud or make a big statement about it; her presence will simply attract the attention of others.

11. Pamper your pets.
Your pets are an extension of you (to some of us, they're like our own children), so they must always look their best—especially if they're going to accompany you wherever you go.

As a princess, it's your duty to throw lots of parties and host various galas for your friends. If you can't throw a proper party, how can people trust you to rule their country?

Every princess gets what she wants and knows exactly how to do it.
It's not necessarily about asking for it; if you know how to work a room and can convince others into seeing things your way, everything will be handed to you on a silver platter.

If you're gonna roll with royalty, you're going to have to learn to appreciate the finer things in life.
