Lady Antebellum is back in business.

After a break following the birth of Hilary Scott's daughter, Eisele Kaye, the trio has a new single out, "Compass," and they revealed for the first time during their appearance on E! News today that they'll be performing the tune at the 2013 CMA Awards—and it will be Scott's first time onstage since becoming a mom!

The CMAs are Nov. 6 and will be hosted for the sixth time by Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley.

Her baby "is the first person I thought of when we heard this song," Scott said of "Compass," which can be found on the deluxe version of their album Golden, out Nov. 12. "It's wanting her to feel like she can always come home and have a safe place at home. I'll just be envisioning her the whole time."

So sweet!

And just how much has motherhood changed her life at home with hubby Chris Tyrrell?

"She's a great sleeper so, knock on wood, thankfully, we're getting a good amount of sleep at night," Scott said, joking that her recent break is probably the last vacation she'll ever have.

But overall, she said, "It's just forever better. Life is forever different, but forever better. She has the sweetest personality, she likes to coo and she likes to sing—we'll sing to her and she'll just sing along with us. She's just awesome, the greatest thing in the world."

And she's got her bandmates thinking...

"Everybody's married, so I think we're all excited for that next chapter," Charlie Kelley said, referring to himself and Dave Haywood

E!'s Catt Sadler and Terrence Jenkins also proposed a game of "Two Truths and a Lie" to their in-studio guests—and guess what? These folks know each other after seven years of playing together.

Watch the clip to see the funny results—and find out who had his (or her) first kiss at 6!
