1. Cassandra Reveals How Jessica Rabbit Helped Her "Escape the Misery" of Her Childhood:

After explaining that she's having trouble breathing out of her nose, Cassandra talks about how Jessica Rabbit influenced her life.

"I grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, one of four boys originally, I'm No. 3," Cassandra says. "The earliest memory I ever had was Easter. I was three years old, and the only thing I remember, it wasn't the candy, it wasn't the eggs, it was like I couldn't wear an Easter dress. Growing up in a very masculine family, I've always make believe that I was something else and that's actually where Jessica Rabbit came into play."

Cassandra goes on to explain, "I was a child of the ‘80s and ‘90s and to me Jessica Rabbit was the ultimate woman, perfect in every way. Perfect hair, perfect makeup, perfect waist and she was the ultimate showgirl and she was what I wanted to be and it was a way that I could escape the misery of my childhood and people telling me that I couldn't become the woman I wanted to be."

Cassandra explains that it made people telling her she couldn't do it made her want to prove them wrong, and she did!

2. The Birth of the Alien Baby:

"My name is Sara, my nose is made out of Play-Doh and I think my stomach looks like I birthed an alien," Sara explains.

She goes on to reveal that not only did her parents get divorced when she was young, but she was also bullied in school and bitten by a dog! When she went to get her lip fixed after the dog attack the doctor suggest she get her nose done.

After agreeing to the surgery, the doctor botched her nose. But that's not all that happened!

"So I finally met a new doctor who was like ‘there's definitely something wrong with you' she saw my lips were blue when I was talking to her and I wasn't able to breathe," Sara explains.  "She was like ‘that's not normal.' So she sent me to the hospital, I got a scan, I heard the doctor yell ‘there is an alien in her body!' They found this huge tumor in my heart growing out into my lungs and it was like two and a half feet long, suffocating me internally." Wow!

Sara had to have open heart surgery, was one of 200 people to be diagnosed with this and the ONLY survivor! Crazy!

In order to prevent more tumors Sara had to have a hysterectomy that left an unflattering scar.

4. Lacey Has a Question About Vaginal Untightening:

Lacey meets with Paul and Terry to talk about her botched facelift and "fallen" nose. But before she talks to them about those issues, she has another personal question.

"I know you can do vaginal tightening, can you do vaginal untightening?" Lacey asks.

"Untightening? It's too tight?" Terry asks.

"Who would complain about that?" Paul says.

"It actually hurts me sometimes I don't mind, but they complain," Lacey says.

The trio's awkward conversation goes on for about a minute and ends with Terry saying, "This may be one of the weirder conversations I've ever had with a patient."

7. Lacey's Boobs Had to Be Wrapped During Surgery:

Before the start of Lacey's surgery a nurse tells the doctors that they had to "cushion" her boobs together!

"They're so heavy that they are falling to the sides," the nurse says.

"They were really just falling off, are you serious?" Paul asks.

"Yeah," the nurse tells him.

"With six to seven hours of surgery, having your breasts fall way out, that could cause some damage to her tissue," Paul says. "This is the first time in my career that we had to wrap someone's breasts to protect them."

8. Cassandra Doesn't Want to Make Her Nose Larger:

In order to help her breathe better, Paul explains that he would have to make her nose larger. But that's not what Cassandra wants. "If I have to have a nose job and make it bigger to breathe, I do not want that. That is not Jessica Rabbit," Cassandra says.

The doctors also let her know they that can't help her make her waist smaller.

"Here's the situation so he could make an incision and remove some rib to put it in your nose," Terry says. "Theoretically, you could have that incision extended and have these floating ribs removed and that would narrow your waist, OK? We don't do that kind of surgery because that surgery is particularly unsafe."

9. Lacey Reveals She Stuck a Needle in Her Neck:

When Lacey meets with the doctors a week after her surgery, she reveals that she stuck a needle in her neck to drain the blood.

"You took a needle and stuck it in your own neck and sucked out blood?" Terry asks.

"Yeah," Lacey says.

"What kind of patient drains fluid out of their own neck?" Terry asks.

The two doctors then explain to Lacey how unsafe it was, but she doesn't seem to care.

"I think that they think I'm like everyone else that comes in their office," Lacey says. "I've had more procedures than anyone I know and I have to tell you I'm probably the closest thing that comes to being a doctor."

At the end of the episode, Lacey and Sara both seem very excited about their procedures and Lacey even says she "couldn't be happier."
