It's no secret that Americans strive for perfection by any means possible. But just how obsessed with plastic surgery are they?
Well, last year alone Americans liposuctioned around 2.7 million pounds of fat, which is equal to 180 elephants or 385,000 Yorkshire Terriers. They also received over 307,000 breast and butt augmentations. We can't make this up!
