Madonna recently made another appearance on David Letterman's show.  She was pretty composed and tried to crack a joke or two, but for the most part it wasn't offensive to watch.  Until Dave made the announcement that he was taking Madonna to a New York Pizzeria to have a slice of pizza…which she'd never had before.  Cameras followed the two of them and she took a bite of pizza, which had no cheese on it, because she "isn’t a cheese person" as she stated before they visited the pizza place.  I thought I disliked Madonna before, but this took it to a whole new level.  If you're in your 70s like she is and have never had pizza, then you're an asshole.  If you then go order pizza without cheese on it, you're an even bigger asshole.
