What's that saying? The best way to get over someone is to get under someone else? Well, that's just tacky and we would never say it!

Still, we can report that Jess (Zooey Deschanel) definitely will be taking that motto to heart in an upcoming episode of New Girl, but could her rebound male be one of the roomies?! Plus, who may not be returning to Downton Abbey past season three?

Get all that, plus scoop on Smash, Nikita and Bones in today's installment of Spoiler Chat...

veropadilla34: please any more scoop/spoilers on Nick and Jess?
Don't hold your breath for New Girl's über-cute Nick (Jake Johnson) and Jess (Zooey Deschanel) to realize their feelings for each other and get married in the gang's loft anytime soon. (Sigh, we can only hope, right?!) Jess is going to have her hands full with multiple men…including Paul! Yes, Justin Long is coming back, y'all! After a breakup, Jess finds herself back in bed with her fellow teacher…who happens to be dating someone else who is very similar to Jess. Too adorable or too awkward? You decide!

Cristina: Do you know anything about Smash?
We know that if you have any hopes of Julia (Debra Messing) being smarter about her rendezvous with Michael (Will Chase), you should squash them now. Basically, those two are begging to be caught and soon.

Shelly in Miami: Loved all The Office scoop earlier, thanks! Catherine Tate needs to stay on The Office forever. Is that happening? Can it happen?
Well she'll definitely be back before this season is over, that's for sure. Paul Lieberstein tells us: "She'll come back when Andy decides that he has to go to Florida to get Erin. And so she comes in and sees that there is no manager around and she just decides that she's the manager and takes over his office while he's not there and makes a big play for his job. And then we play out a power struggle between the two of them." Ed Helms versus Catherine Tate? Yes, please!

Rory: They wouldn't kill Karen off of Desperate Housewives, would they?
That sweet old lady? Our hearts say "hell, no!" But our minds know this TV business all too well, and an emotional death would be a good plotline for the final episodes of Desperate Housewives. However, when we spoke with Kathryn Joosten about whether her character will survive or not, even she doesn't know the outcome yet! Her opinion? She doesn't want Karen to die, because she thinks TV deaths "never work!" Tell that to Nicollette Sheridan. And that other guy (Sunday's casualty).

elainefraticell: you have some spoilers about Nikita?
How about that Nikita (Maggie Q) and Michael (Shane West) consider teaming up with the Director of the CIA?! The only problem? He used to work with Percy (Xander Berkeley) in the past…and may still be in cahoots with him now. Some guys have all the luck.

Amber: Bones baby time! Spill!
The birth episode, which we were fortunate to screen at PaleyFest, is truly epic and fans will not be disappointed in the least. It's an event that has everything Bones fans have grown to love about the show: comedy, a bit of drama, and of course, sweet moments between Booth and Bones. Trust us: You will love it.

FireflyGirl: Is Downton Abbey killing off Matthew Crawley and the Dowager Countess?! I read the actors haven't signed contracts like the rest of the cast for upcoming seasons.
To quote Dame Maggie Smith's Lady Grantham herself, "Oh, I don't think things are quite that desperate." In fact, the imperious matriarch and Lady Mary's fiancé (swoon!) are among a handful of series stars who haven't inked deals past season three—not as dire as you might think, considering Downton hasn't been officially renewed! As a production spokesman told the U.K.'s Mirror: "[The network has] not yet commissioned a fourth and fifth series which, if they happen, would be a long way off." So, to quote the family matriarch again, "Put that in your pipe and smoke it!"
