Denise Richards coming to 30 Rock?
Sources confirm to us that Richards, who announced the news today on the Twitter machine, would be guest starring on an episode of the Emmy-beloved 30 Rock in its upcoming sixth season…
Richards tweeted earlier today: "So excited!! I'm going to be doing an episode of #30Rock! one of my favorite shows!!!!!" And because she put not one or two but eight total exclamation marks, we're going to take her at her word.
Don't know yet exactly what or who she'll be playing, but Richards proved she's got comedy chops when she played a snobby beauty queen in cult-favorite Drop Dead Gorgeous—and because she married Charlie Sheen. (We kid!)
30 Rock's new season won't premiere until 2012 due to Tina Fey's second pregnancy. That leaves us plenty of time to speculate how Richards will fit in with the gang at TGS. Maybe she'll be Liz Lemon's hot cousin? Wait, Richards already did that on Friends. Well, we're stumped.
