Renée Zellweger's stomach must love this news.

Entertainment Weekly reports that production company Working Title Films is moving ahead with a third Bridget Jones movie.

Whether or not a script has been finalized is unclear, but Jones author Helen Fielding told E! Online's Marc Malkin in May...

She's not only working on a third book, but also a script.

Production company Working Title Films wouldn't give out much info concerning the highly anticipated release, but Zellweger's costar Colin Firth was fine with spilling some deets.

"I can tell you that Bridget and Mark can't have children, I think that's the way it goes on," Firth told Access Hollywood. "So then she makes the huge mistake of going back to Daniel Cleaver [Hugh Grant's character] for long enough to get pregnant. And I think he dumps her, and she's left stranded, and guess who comes back to rescue her?"

Sheesh, Colin, don't give away the whole story! (And we really hope he's kidding.)

Are you guys as excited as Renée's appetite for the big news?! Let us know in the comments!
