Attention all you macabre house hunters: This is it!
The notorious Beverly Hills house where Michael Jackson died after suffering a propofol-induced cardiac arrest in 2009 is now for sale.
And if you've got chump change to spare—say, dunno, $23.9 million?—as well as a funereal flair for morbidity, this is one house tour you won't want to miss.

E! News' Giuliana Rancic was given a tour of the mansion by its broker, Mauricio Umansky—who just happens to be the hubby of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards.
The house, which was finished in 2002, sits on a sprawling 17,000-square-foot property and features seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, 14 fireplaces and a library whose "craftsmanship, the quality of the wood, the finished carpentry is unparalleled," Umanski says.
He also calls attention to one of the house's big "oooh wow!" attractions: a private screening room that looks like a classic movie palace.
"It's bigger than a lot of theaters I've been to!" Rancic quips after seeing it.
Umanski says his favorite room is the kitchen, which has a massive marble island and opens up onto a breezy veranda that overlooks the grounds' lush gardens.
But it's a visit to the master bedroom, which was where Jackson died, that inspires the biggest awe.
"This is unbelievable to be here," Rancic says. "It's seriously like being a part of history."
Indeed it is.
