In case you haven't heard, Nintendo's very first mobile app, Miitomo is almost here. Motherboard notes Miitomo is not another gaming app but rather appears to sound a lot like Facebook or WhatsApp using Nintendo Mii avatars. Too jazzed to wait until its March launch? Want to be one of the first to experience the app in all of its Nintendo glory? According to the company's latest press release, eager enthusiasts can pre-register for the app on Feb. 17. By doing so, the video game company will reward you with a "Miitomo bonus."

Motherboard suggests this bonus might just be additional in-game points. Score! Pre-registering, according to Nintendo, will also allow you to be one of the first peeps to know about the apps availability after its official launch.

How does Miitomo work exactly? Nintendo says, "Users can spark fun conversations and learn more about each other by answering questions such as 'What song has been stuck in your head lately?', 'Do you believe in aliens?', or even 'If you saw a nose hair sticking out of your friend's nose, what would you do?' Users can also easily take and share photos featuring their Mii with the Miifoto feature." Sounds fun to us! Living for that nose hair question, though.

What do you think of Miitomo? Will you be downloading or pre-registering? Tell us your thoughts in the comments!
