Carrie Underwood never ceases to amaze. Aside from being one of the top country singers, a business woman and a brand ambassador for huge companies like Almay, she also juggles being a mom and a wife to husband Mike Fisher.

In fact, the hot mama opened up about her crazy schedule in a behind-the-scenes video of her latest Almay campaign for the One Coat Multi-Benefit Mascara, which she swears is her go-to product for her busy days.

"Being a busy mom, everything needs to be as simple as possible when it comes to my beauty routine because it's rare that I actually get a decent amount of time to get myself ready," she explains. "But if there is one thing I'm going to do it's probably going to be my eyes. The multi-benefit mascara just looks great!"

She also chatted a bit about the year ahead—which is only about to get busier—and how she finds time for herself in her crazy schedule.

As for 2016, she has a lot to look forward to. "I always look forward to hockey season, of course, my husband plays hockey," she says. "It's going to be a really busy, wonderful year for me. We have a lot of tour stuff to plan, so January is going to be all about the tour for me and getting everything perfect before we go out. It's going to be a good year this year, I think!"

With her hubby playing hockey a good portion of the year and her jetting off on tour, Carrie doesn't exactly have a whole lot of time for R&R. But when she does, her favorite thing to do is unwind in bed.

"I don't get too much of a chance these days to kick back and or relax," she explains. "But at the end of my day, it's just really nice to be able to take off all my makeup, put something comfortable on—sweatpants or something—and just kind of breathe. Watching TV for a minute is nice, just kicking back with my husband and just kind of getting ready for bed is one of my favorite parts of the day."

Carrie says she really tries to live every day of her life for herself, but she also hopes to be an inspiration to young women.

"It's definitely strange to think of myself as a role-model because at the end of the day I want to live my life for me, but I would definitely be happy to think that there are some people out there that do look up to me," she explains. "More than anything, I just want to be a good example. I've been lucky enough in my life to have a lot of really great, strong women examples for me. So if I could be that for someone else I think that's wonderful."
