Should you need incentive to get out of your cozy, snug bed these frigid mornings, look no further than the camel coat.

Just as warm as your go-to black topper, this neutral iteration provides a subtle pop while matching with almost everything in your closet. Whether your outfit is formal or casual, the camel coat provides a sophisticated impact.

Take the street-chic Sienna Miller, for instance. Alone, the chambray shirt and denim jeans might look a little boring, but her outerwear is a classy contrast against the tied top and cropped bottoms. Opt for menswear-inspired loafers for a shopping excursion or change into pumps for more refined look.

The camel coat often speaks for itself, but to make a real statement, opt for a light-to-mid-weight trench that can be belted or tied at the waist. Not only is it perfect for jet-setters like Jada Pinkett Smith, but the silhouette accentuates your body shape without much fuss.

What can you wear with a camel coat? Anything! But the trend especially works with a monochrome outfit, as evidenced by Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner on numerous occasions. Or do as Khloe Kardashian and keep everything from your hair, to long coat, to pointed pumps a nude shade, then say everything with a bodycon dress in a pop of color.

Don't think your camel coat strictly has to be of the wool, pea coat variety either. Mix up textures, like Rihanna, with a faux-fur or shearling-lined jacket or trench.

When you have nothing to wear, throw on your most comfortable shirt dress and let an oversize camel coat do the work. To jazz up the look, follow in Chrissy Teigen's shiny footsteps and add a few metallic accents where you can, whether that's on your shoes or a pair of sunnies.
