The E! star and her newborn son Saint West were joined by big sister North West and daddy Kanye West for a trip to a Los Angeles building that seemed to be a doctor's office earlier today. While no details on their outing have been revealed, we can assume the family took a trip for a routine checkup on baby Saint.
Kim rocked her braids, just like yesterday, while wearing an oversize coat over an all-black outfit. The mother of two cradled Nori on her hip while hubby Yeezy was in charge of carrying his son in the baby carrier. "The family seemed happy and upbeat. Kim looked great," a source tells E! News.
Without warning, Kim resurfaced last night for the first time since giving birth to her son during a four-minute livestream on her app and website, with her hair in braids and flaunting her post-baby curves. Kim has done several livestreams in the past week, baking cookies with North in one adorable instance, but this is the first time she turned the camera on herself.
"My boobs look enormous—which they are," she cracked, acknowledging what she knew everybody would be thinking. "I have just been chilling at home with the baby and being cozy in robes...I decided to put makeup on," she dished.
She also decided to answer a few Twitter questions, which prompted an update on what she's been doing since welcoming baby No. 2. "I have been loving life, just staying home and not going anywhere," she responded.
And it looks like this is just the beginning. Kim shared that she's going to be sharing her post-baby weight loss journey through livestreams, too. "I am so excited, I'm going to show you guys my weight-loss journey on here," she revealed, noting that she'll be livestreaming her workouts—even when they start at 5:30 a.m.
