When times get tough, Justin Bieber can still manage to live it up.

Fans of the "Sorry" singer were left concerned last week when the 21-year-old suddenly canceled his pre-scheduled appearances with The Late Show and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

"My apologies to @colbertlateshow as I won't be able to make it to nyc tomorrow for the show. I look forward to making it up to you soon," he wrote on Twitter last Monday night. "@StephenAtHome thank you for the understanding as sometimes life kicks our ass and we need to deal with it. I will see u soon. Thank you."

To nobody's surprise, Beliebers immediately began asking the singer "what's wrong" and "what happened." As it turns out, the singer still managed to celebrate Thanksgiving in more ways than one.

E! News can confirm the "Baby" singer spent part of the holiday in Orange County with friends. Bieber was spotted at Cooks Corner, a historic biker bar in Trabuco Canyon, Calif., on Wednesday evening where he hung out with pals.

"He was playing arcade games and having a cheeseburger and drinking a few beers," an eyewitness told E! News. On Instagram, Bieber later posted a picture of what appears to be a vehicle perfect for off-roading in the secluded canyons.

The fun continued Friday night when the singer traveled to the 901 Bar and Grill near the University of Southern California campus in Los Angeles.

According to an eyewitness, a group of five or six people came in and got the party started with a few drinks. "Everyone got shots in their hand and they were all about to do a toast," an eyewitness told E! News. "One of them got up on a stool and we were like, 'Wow, that's Justin Bieber.'"

Another source said Bieber had a "kick ass time" as he bought shots for several students he had just met.

Ultimately, the night would end with a surprise appearance at The Chainsmokers concert where Bieber jumped onstage in front of a sold-out crowd at the Shrine Auditorium. "Thank you to the Chainsmokers," he wrote. "U guys put on a hell of a show and honored to be a part of it."

As to how he ended the weekend, Bieber's last Instagrams included a few shirtless pictures without any captions necessary.
