Miley Cyrus has absolutely no problem letting it all hang out.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer, who has posed naked on multiple occasions, bares it all again for V magazine's latest Diary of a Dirty Hippie installment. Sitting in a makeup chair with her hair pulled back in cornrows while backstage at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards, Cyrus is completely naked and smiling for the camera like there's nothing unusual going on in the photo.

The column, which is written by a drag queen who participated in one of Cyrus' performances at the VMAs, talks about the experience of working with the Hannah Montana alum and how she is a "trailblazer" of her generation.

"Miley told me she wanted to get all these queens together, so I started texting immediately and my sisters stepped up. We spent a whole week working as a collective, which gave us time and a safe space to grow and learn as a community," writes Laganja Estranja. "The last time I was in a place with that many drag queens I FELT VERY ATTACKED, but this was so different because it came from a place of love and being one with the universe. We all danced as a group for the first time and it was SICKENING."

Estranja continues to praise Cyrus and her nonstop efforts in promoting LGBT equality, whether it's on stage, behind-the-scenes or in her everyday life. "I have to thank Miley for f--king s--t up and teaching the nation through alienation, because we can't do this by ourselves. Nobody can fight for equality or bring visibility to the marginalized singlehandedly," Estranja continues.

"We have to talk together, work together, create art together, and maybe then we can carve out a solid place in the sun for a once underground subset of society. I look forward to this journey, because we are just getting started!"

Over the past year Cyrus has been putting a lot of her star power to good use with the Happy Hippie Foundation, her nonprofit that helps fight injustices faced by homeless and LGBT youth. She recently won the Vanguard Award at the Los Angeles LGBT Center's Vanguard Awards gala, where she gave a heartfelt speech.

"I want all of you to know that I feel beyond grateful to be in a room full of so many…people who care so much about others because unfortunately that is way too rare in the world that we live in today," Cyrus said at the gala. "I'm thinking of tonight not as celebrating what we've already done but what we're doing and what we're going to do in the future."
