Dr. Terry Dubrow is in the hot seat!

The plastic surgeon faces more pressure than usual when his wife, Heather Dubrow, stops by his office for a minor procedure on tonight's episode of Botched! It would probably be best not screw that one up.

Terry also helps breast cancer survivor Laura, who struggles with discomfort after an unsuccessful reconstruction. Meanwhile, Dr. Paul Nassif has his hands full with sisters Golnaz and Tannaz, who underwent four rhinoplasties combined and each wanted another surgery to perfect their noses.

Recap the episode with the eight biggest moments that made us say "OMG!"

1. When Laura revealed she had no nipples after her breast reconstruction surgery: Laura was left with no nipples or areolas following her double mastectomy and a botched breast reconstruction surgery—which was performed by a hand specialist! During her consultation with Drs. Dubrow and Nassif, she told them all she wanted was to feel "normal" again. "I want to be able to feel that if I was somewhere in a public place, like a spa with my girlfriends or at the gym, I could change from a distance and look normal." Terry was confident he could help fix her boobs and give her the aesthetic result she desired.

2. When Terry's wife joked that he had botched her hand: Heather became one of her husband's patients when she needed to have a growth removed from her hand. Terry had previously tried to get rid of it several times with no success, so she made an appointment and came into his office. "You know what, it must be I'm not getting the root of it when I destroy it," he told her. She teased, "You might even say you've botched it." LOL! Terry decided he would have to take her to the operating room to completely remove it. "I got to make sure I get it right this time because last thing I need is a patient, who's my wife, unhappy with me." Happy wife equals a happy life!

3. When Terry called Tannaz and Golnaz "Type A psychos": Growing up, sisters Tannaz and Golnaz did everything together—even get their noses done on the exact same day! Both girls were unhappy with the results of their botched rhinoplasties and shared their disappointment with their doctors. Golnaz, however, did like the slope on one side of her nose and hoped to keep that aspect intact. "I little bit of a slope I think would look phenomenal," her sister said. "I think straight, like very straight, would make her look very harsh." Golnaz kidded, "I'm already Type A psycho, so I don't need to be looking any more masculine." She later explained, "Type A psycho just means that you're kind of neurotic, but you're also motivated." Terry seemed to like her description and teased the sisters, "To summarize, you're both Type A psychos, who want high-risk surgery done on the center of your face. No big deal!"

4. When Terry took fat from Laura's abdomen to use in her breasts: During the surgery, Terry needed extra fat to smooth the tissue irregularities in Laura's breasts. "In order to transfer fat to Laura's breasts, I will liposuction some fat from her abdomen, wash it and prepare it and inject it into the areas I need it in her breasts," he said. Um, OMG! In the end, Terry was satisfied with the results of the procedure. "This is a new day for Laura's breasts, and hopefully for Laura," he said. We, however, could not get the visual of him pumping fat out of our heads.

5. When Paul harvested tissue from Golnaz and Tannaz's temporalis muscles: And the squirmy scenes just kept coming! Paul needed to harvest tissue from the sisters' heads to reconstruct both of the noses, giving us another image we would quickly not forget. But, like Terry, Paul was also extremely pleased with his handiwork, despite the unusual course of action. "I'm really happy with the way these noses turned out, and I really hope these girls appreciate and enjoy the noses I was able to give them," he said.

6. When Heather came back for her surgery with Terry: Heather was fully confident in her hubby's ability to remove her growth without damage, but not as confident as Terry himself! "At home, Heather is the queen of the castle. Here, I'm the king of the [operating room]," he boasted. As he was performing the procedure, Terry had to be especially careful not to mess up her nerves. "If I go too deep, you won't have any feelings in the tips of your fingers," he told his wife. Yikes! "How could I text?" she replied. Like, seriously. After the surgery, Heather was left with a tiny hole in her palm. "Will that heal okay?" she asked. "Here's hoping!" Terry replied with his fingers crossed. "I'll have Paul fix it!" Heather joked. That's when Terry got a little territorial. "Paul, touch my wife? I don't think so," he said. "Not with those gross hands." Shaaade!

7. When Tannaz and Golnaz unveiled their new noses: Like they always have before, the sisters revealed the positive results of their surgeries to their family and friends together. "You look so gorgeous," their mom, Tammy, gushed. "It was the right decision. Oh my god, you look so beautiful!" Thanks to Paul, Tannaz and Golnaz's botched noses were things of the past, as were their pain and breathing issues. "Before surgery, our noses looked like beaks and now, after surgery, our noses look like we were born to be perfect," Golnaz said. So, did that mean they were finished with plastic surgery forever? Apparently so! "This is it," Tannaz said. "We're done. No more surgeries."

8. When Laura got her nipples and areolas tattooed: Terry already did an amazing job to give Laura the breast shape she had been dreaming of, but there was still one final step. He went out of his way to accompany Laura and her husband to a medical tattoo parlor to get her even more natural looking boobs. "Laura is so important to me, I want to make sure it's done with all the advantages possible and that it's in the right spot," Terry said. After it was all done, Laura felt so overwhelmed and thankful for her results. "Going into this surgery I thought if he could just make me 50 percent better—awesome," Laura said. "I'd be out of pain, I'd look halfway normal. But Dr. Dubrow made me almost completely 100 percent."
