The Blue Bloods star married New York businessman Andrew Frankel Saturday evening in the Hamptons, her rep confirmed to E! News.
Shortly after the intimate ceremony, the actress wasted no time in giving fans a sneak preview of her magical day by sharing a photo of her wedding dress.
"Oh, by the way, guess what I just did @JohnDolanPhotog," she wrote on Instagram while walking with her husband. "SoHappy #Perfection #Friends #Family #Forever."
The couple's decision to get married in the Hamptons may not come as a surprise to fans. After all, the Boston-bred beauty once chatted with E! News about her favorite vacation destination.
"We went to the Hamptons, runs on the beach, golf, tennis," she shared with us. "That's just kind of how I like to spend my summer. Just easy and active."
As for spending time with her man, that also comes nice and easy for the new bride.
"They met each other through a friend and she has been on cloud nice ever since," a source explained to People who first broke the news. "Bridget's son Jack [with ex Tom Brady] is excited to be gaining three incredible older brothers."
