It's safe to say that Rihanna won't be joining Taylor Swift onstage for a celebrity cameo mid-concert anytime soon.

The self-proclaimed bad girl opened up to NME magazine about her public persona and why she won't be enlisting in T.Swift's famous star-studded squad any time soon.

When asked if she would be up for popping onstage with the 1989 singer, she replied, "I don't think I would. I just don't think that makes sense."

RiRi added, "I don't think our brands are the same; I don't think they match. I don't think our audiences are the same."

But the Bajan beauty wasn't trying to throw shade in Swift's direction, either.

She added, "In my mind, she's a role model, I'm not."

Rihanna also spilled some details about her upcoming, highly anticipated album R8, saying, "It's not done! To me, it's never done until it's done. Until the final moment."

The Grammy winner is well aware, however, that the Navy has been anxiously awaiting the release of the album for months now.

"No matter what I post online, within three comments there's somebody saying, 'Where is R8?' I could post anything. Nothing else matters. They don't care about anything but that. But it makes me excited, because I can't wait to give them something great."
