Giada De Laurentiis is now officially divorced from her ex of over 11 years, Todd Thompson.

E! News has obtained a copy of the divorce docs, which show that the world-famous chef has been ordered to pay her former husband $9,000 dollars in monthly child support.

The papers also detail how the exes have divided their assets, including their $3.2 million dollar home in Pacific Palisades—which Thompson will get to keep.

The estate is also said to include over $300,000 worth of furniture and artwork, which again will stay in Thompson's possession.

Additionally, the Food Network star's ex will keep his membership at the Bel-Air Bay Club, which is located near his mansion.

But that doesn't mean that De Laurentiis is stepping away from the marriage empty handed.

She will keep all of the rights to her soon-to-be released and currently untitled Italian cookbook as well as her own production company, Linguine Pictures.

The two never signed a prenuptial agreement when they tied the knot, which is why De Laurentiis was ordered to give Thompson half of the unpaid advances to multiple cookbooks that she currently has in the pipeline which includes—Weeknights with Giada for $2.5 million, Giada's Feel Good Food for $2.3 million, and Everyday Pasta for $757,000.

Both parties involved are independently wealthy—she has an estimated net worth of $20 million while he is said to be worth an equally impressive $15 million—and the former couple is said to be divvying up their various bank accounts that total upwards of $2 million dollars.

The two will share joint custody of their daughter, Jade Marie De Laurentiis Thompson, who is 7-years-old.

TMZ was the first to report the story.
