Talk about a family get together in which we'd love to take part.
Cameron Diaz and husband Benji Madden joined sister-in-law Nicole Richie and her hubby Joel Madden for dinner at Beverly Hills hotspot Cut, where the group enjoyed a celebratory meal with friends, including producer David Katzenberg.
The famous family members were photographed exiting the steak house together and hugging their pals goodbye. All four were dressed casual for the occasion, with Richie sported a printed shirt, jeans and flats while Cam rocked a white sweater and jeans with her hair pulled up in a ponytail.
According to an eyewitness, newlyweds Cam and Benji "were most affectionate" and cozied up to one another during the dinner.
The dinner party is a rare sighting of the newlyweds, who secretly tied the knot in January 2015 at Diaz's Beverly Hill home after less than a year of dating. Their blink-and-you-miss-it engagement also lasted less than a month as the Good Charlotte rocker popped the question a few days before Christmas.
Shortly after they wed a source told E! News that Diaz—who, in April 2014 questioned whether "anyone is really naturally monogamous,"—wants to have a baby, so Madden felt compelled to tie the knot.
"She told Benji she really wants a baby," the insider said. "And he said, ‘Well, marry me.' He's old-fashioned...Marriage was important to him."
She also told the U.K.'s Telegraph in April 2014 that she could have a child at any time she wanted.
"I've never said never to anything in life. If I wanted kids, at any point in life, I would have them," Diaz said. "But I'm certain that if at any point I wanted a child, that child would find its way into my life, whether through adoption, or through being in a relationship with somebody who has a child."
Only time will tell!
